For its 10th birthday, the Reform Jewish Academy threw a circus-themed party with a professional hula hoop performer and acrobats from a vintage circus company. Popcorn and cotton candy contrasted with the elegant setting of a sit-down dinner at the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis.
